Process and Tools
Plunge Interactive’s staff includes Scrum management experts, after having successfully used it across numerous projects. Some of the underlying principles apply not only to software development but also to content production.
Communication is crucial in order to make sure both the development team and the client are aligned with the same objectives. Our team adapts to the client requirements, but we usually use some or all of the following methods to keep track of the projects:

- Send daily progress reports.
- Execute quick 5 mins scrum meetings by Skype.
Our main objective is to provide visibility and transparency to our clients on project organization and progress.
