Plunge Interactive selected to participate in the Business Acceleration Program
GLOBALleida has selected Plunge Interactive to participate in the Business Acceleration Program, which begins on February 3 and ends April 14. This program, organized by GLOBALleida, is aimed to boost the businesses growth of its participants.
Focusing on what a company needs to be more competitive, the program includes different areas of training:
- Strategic management of the business model. Introducing new tools to address the growing process. Innovation management method and Canvas.
- Sales strategy. Channel sales and marketing. Creating marketing and business e-commerce and online payments management.
- Financing. Focused on financial management and internal search of resources: public funding, banking, BA Venture Capital.
- Training advice. Basics of business law (governing bodies, directors’ liability, agreements and statutes of partners), the process of entry of new members, hiring key personnel.
- Internationalization. The internationalization strategy (markets, channels, international trade operations)
- Negotiation. Methodology for impact on public presentations with the ultimate goal of getting private investment. Basic questions about angels / Due Diligence / covenant partners.
Each topic is developed following a methodology of cooperation between the consultant and the employer that provides the first data and examples that help to reflect on a particular subject and the second applies in the case of the company to discuss them later in individual sessions.
